Author Guidelines
Prospective authors must follow the submission guidelines below when preparing and submitting their papers for ICETEC 2026.
Paper Format
- Number of Pages: 4–6 pages, including figures, tables and references.
- Additional Page Charge: USD 40 per additional page.
- Page Size: A4 (21.0 × 29.7 cm).
- Submission Format: PDF only.
Plagiarism Policy
All submitted papers will undergo plagiarism checking, including self-plagiarism. Papers identified with plagiarism will be rejected and will not be included in the conference proceedings. The program committee reserves the right to reject accepted papers that violate publication ethics.
Paper Templates
Authors must use the official ICETEC 2026 full paper template. Microsoft Word and LaTeX formats are accepted.
Submit Your Paper via EDAS
Authors are required to submit their papers through the official EDAS conference management system. Please ensure that the manuscript is converted into PDF format before submission.
IEEE PDF eXpress® & Camera-Ready Submission
Authors of accepted papers must revise their manuscripts according to reviewers' comments and ensure that the final camera-ready PDF complies with IEEE publication requirements using IEEE PDF eXpress®.
The conference ID and final submission instructions will be provided to accepted authors.
