Important Notes

To be eligible for IEEE member registration fees, participants must ensure that their active IEEE membership details are updated in their EDAS profile. Otherwise, only the non-member option will be available.
If two papers are presented by different authors, each presenter must register separately at the applicable registration rate.
Student registration rates are applicable only to full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students.

For physical participation, the same Student ID must be presented at the registration desk for verification during the conference.
Payments made are NOT refundable.

No-Show Policy

Please take note that IEEE has a strict policy on “NO-SHOW”. IEEE has implemented policies to exclude papers whose authors do not present their work from further distribution, including possible exclusion from IEEE Xplore.

Therefore, one of the authors or an authorised representative MUST present the paper at the conference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified to the conference secretariat by email. Any cancellation made more than 30 days before the conference date will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.

As an alternative to cancellation, the registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any cost penalty. The conference secretariat must be advised in writing of any changes or transfers.

Payment of Registration Fee

International Participants

The registration fee must be paid in United States Dollars (USD) using a credit card through the EDAS ICETEC 2026 registration website.

Malaysian Participants

All payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or cash deposit to the following account:
