Important Notes

  • To be eligible for IEEE member registration fees, participants must ensure that their active IEEE membership details are updated in their EDAS profile.
  • If two papers are presented by different authors, each presenter must register separately at the applicable registration rate.
  • Student registration rates are applicable only to full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students.

  • The same Student ID must be presented at the registration desk for verification during the conference.
